Dear Ms Dutton,

I am writing to complain about a ………… which I bought two weeks ago from your branch in Marina Mall, Manama, for ………… BD. I enclose copies of the guarantee and the receipt.
It looks different than the one I chose.

On the one hand, you said that the watch is very sharp and never breaks down, but it stopped working two days after I bought it. I was really astonished.

Moreover, you also claimed that it is ………… but I am sorry to tell you it is not true, and it is not even original. In addition, you mentioned that there are many hot lines for customers to solve any problems, but it seems that no body is there for help; I have been telephoning you since the last week, but it was no use.

I highly appreciate your products, and you are quite famous all over the world. So, you have to solve the problem soon. I am waiting for a full refund of my money as well as an apology. Unless you do that, I am going to take a legal action.
